Our Aromatherapy Breathe shower bombs are made with a higher amount of Eucalyptus and Peppermint essential oils to help relieve symptoms and are perfect for clearing out sinuses.

• Eucalyptus essential oil is an effective performer against respiratory diseases. It also can enhance concentration and helps fight migraines.
• Peppermint essential oil - has many therapeutic properties. Its cooling agent enhances mood and sharpens focus.
• Lavender essential oil smells great and is an effective stress-relieving oil.

PLEASE NOTE: Shower steamers are made with a high concentration of essential or fragrance oils and they can't be used as bath bombs.

What are shower steamers and how to use them?

Shower steamers are great for those who don't have a bathtub or prefer a shower over a bath. The best way to use them is to first run hot water to fill the space with steam then sprinkle some water on them so oils can evaporate and then place them on the floor of the shower away from the direct flow of water.

Each pack includes six shower steamers, the individual weight is 20 grams approx.
